My body grants me the freedom to explore my imagination, wandering through thoughts, alleyways, and lush forests.

It supports me as I sit amidst the moss and roots that peek above the earth’s surface, fostering a sense of safety and stability.

It encourages me to reconnect with nature, reminding me to visit trees and open spaces frequently.

When I leap into the river, my body either floats or swims with ease.

My limbs dance gracefully beneath the water’s surface, and my hands create loops and swirls as if orchestrated by my command.

When I savor a carrot or indulge in an ice cream bar, my teeth engage in the delightful act of biting.
