Engage with colleagues over lunch, attend their training sessions, and cultivate these professional relationships.

Tap into your company's budget for professional development. Invest in training that enhances your operational skills, which can be applied to your future business. This opportunity allows you to build a diverse skill set while still earning a salary.

This financial security provided me the space to explore my ideas without immediate pressure to generate income.

When your solo business eventually surpasses your 9-5 income, the choice to leave will be yours.
